coming in hot with #3 and I know I am not the only one who had a major transitional week. moving sucks. plain and simple. it’s the perfect storm. tensions run high. mess & clutter create anxiety. lost & damaged items take their toll on our heart. & the biggest stressor of all — where will we put all our sh*t?


have I had breakdowns? yes. have I been in perfect alignment with my best self — centered and thoughtful and mindful? no. but what I am doing, is my damn best.


I make my mornings as sacred and nourishing as possible to allow my day to unfold with a bit more ease and a bit more grace. I wake up slowly, without scrolling. I find a way to reflect through meditation or journaling & then I take my supplements.
