it’s your life. you are the main character. every decision, every action is 100% up to you. how this week will unfold, is up to you.
so ask yourself, how do you want to feel this week? what energy do you want around you? focus on that. hold onto that. feel the feelings that energy provides. what we think about, we bring about. what we emit, we attract. this doesn’t mean you can’t feel fear, or anxiety, or stress. those feelings are there to show us what it is we do NOT want, therefore showing what we do want — joy, peace, contentment. they allow us to get in touch with our needs, to see where we are misaligned and to choose again.
we aren’t supposed to suffocate or ignore negative emotions. we need to embrace them with love. thank them for showing us what needed to be seen so that we can release them — and choose again.
choose nourishment, choose laughter, choose anything that makes you feel 1% better. it is up to you — take pride in that. carry that with you.
because claiming your life as your own, taking responsibility for your thoughts, emotions and actions… well that is freedom, friends.
so choose wisely.
like having 97% gluten free sourdough smothered in peanut butter, drizzles of honey, dashes of cinnamon and a sprinkle of sea salt for breakfast because it makes ya feeeeeeel good.
