one thing I did today to make myself feel good — 5pm meditation laying in the grass.


& it was perfectly imperfect. my meditations are full of thoughts and ideas. I visualize — the energy I want to embody, the people, places and opportunities I want to attract into my life. I shift myself into feeling as though I already have everything I desire. I set intentions. I say affirmations. I connect to my own wisdom. I lean in to any fear or anxiety that surfaces. and most importantly, I listen - without judgement.


nourishing ourselves doesn’t take much. sometimes, all it takes is a cup of tea to raise your vibration ✨ what’s one thing you did to make yourself feel good today? & if you haven’t taken the time yet, what can you do with the time we have left?
