have you taken the time yet? to get quiet? to go within? to see what it is that has been weighing you down? blocking you from fulfillment? joy? peace?

we have over 60,000 thoughts a day. it’s nearly impossible to give each one attention. to see it hear it unpack it.

— which is why we have emotions.

to help us better understand our thoughts. to give us a clue as to what is happening within.

if you feel a dark negative emotion deep inside you it is because you are thinking primary negative thoughts &&& if you are feeling light & positive it is because you are thinking primarily positive thoughts.

it’s not rocket science. it’s just science.

our emotions are there to help us. to guide us. to show us where there is a disconnect. pain. trauma. lack of love lack of compassion lack of light.

we are not meant to ignore our emotions. suppress them. shove them down & act as if everything is always rainbows and sunshine.

our emotions are a gift.

if you’ve been feeling low. dark. off. uninspired — I invite you to grab a piece of paper and a pen. start writing down any and every thought that is bouncing around in your brain. don’t hold back. release expectation. you may be surprised to see what shows up.

whatever it is you are writing is not to be judged. you are not the one thinking these thoughts. they are your ego. they are your past experiences coming to the surface. our subconscious only knows what we have already been through. what we have already lived. it speaks only of what you believe to be true.

is your truth serving you?

you won’t know if you don’t take the time. you can’t choose again if you don’t give yourself the option. there is no growth, no change, no evolution if you aren’t willing to walk through the darkness to find the light.
